At The Vista Inn, we value every guest and strive to provide exceptional service. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below before confirming your reservation.

Reservation Policy

• Check-In Time: 3:00pm - 10:00pm     Check-Out Time: 11:00am

• Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be re-confirmed with your host.

• A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 9:00am to 2:00pm and late check-out from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. 

• Room not occupied by 10:00pm will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Deposit Policy

• A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 9:00am or check out after 6:00pm.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24hours of the arrival date are eligible for refund less one room night cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

• Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show, and receive a refund less one room night cancellation fee.

Early Check-Outs

• Guests who choose to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date will be eligible for a refund for the unused nights less one room night cancellation fee.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after confirmation of cancellation.
